About Us
BES Driving School’s mission is to provide the highest quality, convenient and affordable driving courses to produce safe, responsible and disciplined drivers. It is our goal to have graduates of our programs with the safest driving records of any competitor in the country. Building on its strong advocacy for road safety and defensive driving, all of BES training programs are designed to teach driving skills for a lifetime of safety and enjoyment. Our programs include free seminars in Basic Road Safety and the Traffic Code of the Philippines. The speakers are experts and accredited by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
Founders mother and daughter, Malou and Angela Delfino, envisioned providing driving school needs in 2020 at the height of pandemic, the same year when LTO has mandated all new and existing drivers to undergo the said institution before acquiring student permit and driver’s licenses! With the strong company’s advocacy for safe driving, having the best team of people, and well-maintained, regularly tested vehicles for in-car instruction have been the standard.
Started with one office and two (2) training cars in Quezon City, it has expanded its information center in Caloocan City with additional cars and motorcycles to meet the demand of its growing enrollees not only from Quezon City but from far-flung cities in Metro Manila and Provinces.
BES Driving School is accredited by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) with registration number DS-2020-00140-13 and is located at 1127 J-2 Bldg., Quirino Highway, Novaliches, Quezon City. It has recently opened an information center at 205 Deparo Road, Brgy. 171, Bagumbong, Caloocan City.
Along with the founders and the entire team, BES has highly-skilled practical driving instructors who specialize in teaching defensive driving, theoretical classroom professors and well experienced consultant in the field of defensive driving and road safety.
